Russia Business e-Visa Validity and Extension Policy
The Russia Business e-Visa allows a 30-day single-entry stay in Russia. The e-Visa is valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
The e-Visa for business purposes is generally non-extendable; travellers must exit the country before it expires and apply for a new visa if a further stay is required.

How to Obtain the Russia Business e-Visa
Step 1: Apply
Fill out the online visa application form by providing your passport and travel details. From the visa type drop-down menu, select business e-Visa.
Step 2: Pay Fee
Select a processing option of your choice. Upload all the required documents, submit the application and pay the visa fee. The fee can be paid using a valid credit or debit card.
Step 3: Track and Receive an Approved e-Visa
Once the fee is paid, the applicant receives regular application status updates. The approved business e-Visa is delivered to the applicants' registered email ID.
When will the Russia Business e-Visa be issued after the Application?
The time it takes to process the application and issue the e-Visa depends on several factors, most importantly the processing option selected by the applicant.
- Standard Processing: Select this option if you want the e-Visa issued within 6 - 9 days.
- Rush Processing: This option is faster and issues the e-Visa within 4 - 7 days.
- Super Rush Processing: This option prioritises the submitted application and delivers the e-Visa within 3 - 5 days.
Rush and super-rush processing require applicants to pay an additional fee that is added to the total cost of the Russia e-Visa.
