The interests and policies of the president of Iceland and Russia are represented by the Icelandic Honorary Consulate in Murmansk, headed by the ambassador. The Icelandic Honorary Consulate in Murmansk preserve and protect the relationship, and be a point of contact between Iceland and Russia.
