The interests and policies of the president of Philippines and Russia are represented by the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in St. Petersburg, headed by the ambassador. The Philippine Honorary Consulate General in St. Petersburg preserve and protect the relationship, and be a point of contact between Philippines and Russia.
