Hello, I am Polish, in Canada I am am hoping to visit St. Petersburg this spring, in June.
I am looking for help to obtain a visa yet I found the consulates in Toronto and representative for Russia in Edmonton, Canada to offer very limited information. Please could someone please advise if a visa to St. Petersburg is necessary for Poland and what are the first steps. I have started an application on the Russia federation website already.
