Is it possible to visit other Russian cities if my event is only in Moscow?
Yes. Once you have entered Russia using your eVisa, you are free to travel throughout the country, except for territories that require special permission under Russian law. You are not restricted solely to the city where your scientific event is being held.
Russian Scientific Events eVisa Extension
The Scientific Events eVisa is generally not extendable. In limited cases defined by applicable regulations, such as emergency treatment, force majeure, or natural disasters, an extension may be considered by the competent authorities. Approval is not guaranteed.
