My friend born in Belgium traveled to Canada with her mother when she was a small child. Her mother passed away, and now my friend is an adult. Her Belgium passport and VISA expired and she had no money to renew that documentation. She was inadvertently deported from Canada to Russia. She is currently in Russia living in a chicken coup working for slave labor and doesn't have money to buy food or clothing or maintain her health. I am requesting you give me guidance on what she needs to do to be deported to her home country Belgium.
