The interests and policies of the president of Russia and Canada are represented by the Embassy of Russia in Ottawa, headed by the ambassador. part 2 I would also like to tell you that Germany is your sincere friend and they work very hard for citizens and land and they are children after Second World War they are good children and if is possible that you help them with heat ,oil ,even price like you say ,but your recognition that they look for you in future and battling all negative coming from Ukraine. and are with you as much they can ,would be for me big life wish, I love Russia and Germany is good country and deserve to be good relation to you ,others only work to ruin that ,like everything else they ruin. Would like to say that ,maybe in my life time will not have time to visit Russia ,I wish Russia is beautiful country, but I need in my life time like today to find place and time and to tell you how sorry I am for inconvenience Ukraine. has caused to you and your citizens, and who has not lived with them ,next to them they do not know how really bad they are ,even more than you mentioned .I wish that you do like you are up to ,and is real and correct ,is rare that someone care and love home land like Russia does ,I know when was war in Bosnia I was -where are Russian to help-, like you always looked like having magic stick :) helping everybody in need, you did help there many ways. part 1
